Healthy Diet Tips

  1. Avoid Reduce Fat and Carbohydrate.
    Althought the carbs still need for diet program but reduced intake it's better.
  2. Reduce Calories
    Calories in liquid form may increase and cause weight gain fast. Besides eating less high-calorie beverages such as soft drinks or soda, coffee and alcohol. Better to consume water / mineral at least 8 glasses a day to smooth the diet.
  3. Meal Regularly (3 times a day)
    With regular meals 3 times a day, small meals of course is the most optimal diet program. Do not reduce the frequency of meals, as this will only slow down your metabolism even may lead to stomach ulcers.
  4. Last Meal: 3 hours before bedtime
    Last meal
    approaching to bedtime causes food too late to converted into energy by the body. As a result of fat buildup increases, if hungry, better eat non-fat milk or low-calorie foods nutrition.
  5. Regularly Sports
    Sports is an an inseparable element in running of diet program. By regularly sports automatically it will be burn more fat than it did a lot of health benefits that can be learned from the exercise. The best time is early morning, because at that time the stomach is empty, and certainly faster combustion will take the remaining fats. 
  6. Avoid the Escalator
    Closely related with point 5, no matter how small your activity will be very useful in running a diet program.
  7. Enough Rest
    Good rest time is 6-8 hours a day, use this time as well as possible to keep the body fit and healthy
